RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your return is approved due to a defect, damage, or fulfillment error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products) once opened or used

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

For customers outside the European Union, sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective or required by law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

During this period:

  • Sale items remain eligible for cancellation unless legally exempt.

  • Items may be inspected as you would in a physical store; however, we may reduce the refund if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to examine it.

  • The original standard shipping cost will be refunded when required by law.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund is approved based on the conditions outlined in this policy.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable except where required by applicable law (including EU consumer regulations).
